    It's cut paper and very cheaply made, I'm super disappointed and it's not at all worth the price.

    The service was superb! The price was a bit pricey for the product......simple thread tying it together....but then again, it will allow the mobile to move as it is supposed to.

    Maybe it was a return. It was all tangled up. I cut off the hearts and restrung it. Now it is fine.
