How do I return a mobile?
To request a refund, contact us via e-mail or submit a request through your Hanging Mobile Gallery account. Log into your account, select "completed orders," and select "return item(s)." Once you've submitted your request, you'll receive instructions for returning your order.
To receive a refund, you must contact us within 30 days from the time your mobile was received. You may return your order for in-store credit OR refund it for the full purchase price, less shipping costs. Custom mobiles and custom-painted items are not eligible for returns. Your returned mobile must be in re-sellable condition. Refunds will NOT given on items that were damaged in the return shipping process. To prevent damage en route, please package your items carefully.

When will my order ship?
Many orders ship the next business day. Check each product's "availability" in the product description for an estimated shipping timeframe. But bear in mind, we try to ship items as efficiently as possible, so items may ship separately or from different locations than specified on the product page.
Custom orders and handmade mobiles from certain artists, including Moon-Lily, Q3, Leah Pellegrini, and Mark Leary, may take a bit longer to ship.
If you need anything in a hurry, be sure to contact us via phone or e-mail to discuss your timeframe. We're often able to rush orders when necessary.

I don't live in the United States. What do I need to know?
We ship via USPS Priority International, which generally takes 6-10 business days for delivery to most international destinations, but this timeframe can vary greatly, depending on customs, shipping reliability within your country, and other factors beyond our control. USPS contracts with local delivery agencies within each country, so please check USPS.com to ascertain who will deliver within your country.
it is your responsibility to provide an accurate address, and we can't guarantee delivery once it's left the US. (But we have a pretty good track record.) Please note that shipping prices do not include taxes, duties, or customs fees. Customers are responsible for covering their own taxes, duties, and customs fees. Please check with your local post office for more information about taxes, duties, or customs fees within your country.
I don't live in the United States. How can I save on shipping costs?
We ship via First Class International on a request basis. This is ideal if you don't need your order in a hurry. Please contact us for a quote if you'd like to go this route.
