How do I return a mobile?
If you'd like to request a return or exchange, please contact us. You may return your item for in-store credit OR refund it for the full purchase price. Custom mobiles and custom-painted items are not eligible for returns. To receive a refund, you must contact us within 30 days after your mobile was received.
Your returned mobile must be in re-sellable condition. Refunds will NOT given on items that were damaged in the return shipping process. To prevent damage en route, please package your items carefully.
